Daniel Arredondo Studio @ FLATBED
Each one of my paintings has a story or tells a story. The story may be the message I’m trying to convey. Or, it may be what I was feeling or thinking about when I did the painting. I think a painting should tell a story or have a message – otherwise it is a decoration. There is nothing wrong with decorations, our house is full of them. I just think a painting should say something.

Landscapes
Landscapes - Two series (1) inspirational and (2) What Lies Beneath. Most landscape art shows the surface of the land - my art shows below the surface, rocks, roots, water and caves. My inspirational landscapes can be described as impressionism - speaking in religious and spiritual colors.

Shepherds
When Jesus Walked the Earth: What was it like when Jesus walked the earth? What did the common person, the Shepherd or the Maiden, think or feel when they heard Jesus speak? What did the common person do when they saw Jesus do His miracles?

Angels
Angels - Inspirational and Earthly: Inspirational angels are impressionistic. Earthly angels are Angels Flying to Close to the Ground: The images speak for themselves.
